Visual Studio won't let me add a COM control to a form in C# -

i'm trying add activex control form in visual studio's designer mode , prompts

failed import activex control. please ensure registered..

it's in case have registered properly. prove word, can add same control in same machine other project's form! can't project want.

these 2 projects same , can not find difference might have caused this. can suggest might have gone wrong?

i'm using visual studio 2010 version 10.0.30319.1 , both projects c# winforms.

Need help in packaging app using TideSDK on Windows -
