Removing blank Excel Pivot Table entries -

i have pivot table based on powerpivot multiple levels in rows section. quite few of elements blank. there way suppress blank rows?

my pivot table looks @ moment.

product1     release 1         iteration 1             (blank)         iteration 2             (blank)     release 2         (blank)             (blank) product2     (blank) product3     release 1         iteration 1             sprint 1             (blank)         (blank) (blank)

this want like

product1     release 1         iteration 1         iteration 2     release 2 product2 product3     release 1         iteration 1             sprint 1

that's example. i've tried set filters each level not display blanks if filter each level hide blank fields pivot table doesn't have items in it. seems excel ends filtering each level out has blank values.

not sure if made sense or provided enough information troubleshooting. i'm pretty brain dead @ moment apologize.

please let me know if doesn't make sense or if can provide additional information clarify i'm trying , encountering.

edit: changed code block more clear , added "after" code block show want to. guess issue "depth" of rows entire pivot table has equal. example if have 3 indents first item, others must show 3 levels of indent worth of data. if hide blanks , results in 1 indent worth of data first item, hide non-blanks other items if appear after 1 indent. still not sure if makes sense :) need sleep.

i think should able check show items no data on rows and/or show items no data on columns in display under pivottable options.

Need help in packaging app using TideSDK on Windows -
