selenium - how to disable cookies using webdriver for Chrome and FireFox JAVA -

i want launch browsers(ff, chrome) test disabled cookies, tried this:

i've solution firefox:

but don't know how manage chrome.

Need help in packaging app using TideSDK on Windows -
