How to exclude or trim blank cells from datagridview using RowFilter in vb.net -

i'm trying find way delete or trim blank cells in datagridview on import. found few things online rowfilter works data source. right how i'm declaring data source

 datagridview1.datasource = ds.tables(0).defaultview

if can give me suggestions or tell me how trim blank cells row filter appreciate it!

if don't want delete rows blank cells hide them linq:
