wpf - not able to edit a file -

i using vs2010 , want remove namespace because dont need it. got struck. if remove dll, error namespace doesn't exist, , if remove namespace, vs2010 says files edited outside of source editor. if click make changed namespace , same error, if click no, same error namespace doesnt exist. not using namespace anywhere in code.

i can keep dll in reference know why error there. bug?

Need help in packaging app using TideSDK on Windows -
